DNS issues after update to 9.305-4

Hi,

After the update to 9.305-4, it seems the web filter on sophos um is causing DNS time outs.....This is very bad.  Any workarounds ?  I am currently running a bridged implementation and can function when I DISABLE web filter.

    I decided to reImage to 9.209 and apply a restore after its rebooted.
    To my surprise, after I restored in different ways its still dead and frustration is growing....The bridged interface is not restored, this as you can imagine is a huge problem.  To create a bridged interface i would have to delete all my vlans hence destroying all configuration behind those interfaces....so these are my attemps maybe I am missing something here but what is the exact procedure to restoring an utm when I have a backup of my config?  The backup matches the version I am using to reImage the box FYI.

    Here is what I tried.

    1)ReImage and chose option to restore: Failed because bridged interface not present

    2)ReImage and proceed with wizard + create bridged interface + restore from CLI(backup.plx -i my backup.ebf); This restores my interfaces and config but I can't reach it nonetheless; Furthermore after I rebooted, my bridged interface is no longer there.....
