SG330 Up2Date got stuck

Hi,

i have a strange problem with Up2Date.
Everytime I go into Up2Date a popup window opens with nothing in it.

Up2Date tells me that the current firmware version is installed but the button where I can click to install latest version is changed to "Show update process".

The latest version 9.305-4 I installed via shell and downloaded in manually.
But the problem is the same.

Also the HA tells me that the master node "UP2DATE-FAILED".

Do you guys have some advise? Thank you!

Hello ernsterm,
you should open a ticket via your Sophos reseller (when you have Standard Support) or go directly to Sophos support when you have Premium Support.

But is there no way to stop and restart the up2date service via shell?
Didn't find anything to that topic.
