up2date upgrade 9.210020 -> 300005

I told UTM to update to 300005, but instead it went to 9.210020. Is there any way to go from 9.210020 to 300005?

    Option #1: Sit and wait until Sophos wakes up
    Option #2: Backup config, reinstall 9.3x from image and import config
    Option #3: Change /etc/version to 9.209008 then download & install U2D 9.209 -> 9.300 which is an unsupported workaround

    Hi,

    if you can't wait go with option #2 or #3 mentioned in the above post. Otherwise just wait some days. There's an update scheduled for next week Thursday, 11th (without warranty on the date) from 9.210 to the latest 9.3xx. I would wait for this.

    I thought about waiting, but I just have needed the quota time function for months now, and am like a kid in a candy store.

    I went for #3, and it's nuked system performance, but it is working as expected, barring a strange css error with my own machine while testing policies. but there we go.

    I'll just reinstall in a few weeks after the holiday rush is over!

    The official up2date from 9.210 to 9.3x is expected next week.  See How to update to Sophos UTM v9.3
