Sophos AP15 Not Working

Has anyone gotten the new AP15's yet?  First one I got will not work.

It shows up in the list and I accept it, but after 30 minutes the thing still shows inactive.  I get a solid orange light and then green blinking then back to a solid orange light.  I can see the IP doing something in the Wireless Logs, but it seems that it just keeps rebooting over and over.

    Yeah especially since the release notes in one of the 9.2 packages says "Added support for AP15 and AP100".

    My vendor told me that I'll receive mine tomorrow so I will test on 9.2 and see the results!!!

    Hi,

    I've received the AP15 and created a new WLAN for it and been using for more than 20 min without any issue and I'm in last 9.209-8 version.

    Well isn't that lovely.  If I didn't assign any SSID's to the AP, it would become active.  I would then assign just the main WLAN I created and it would go inactive.

    have you got any feedback from your support representative?

    What are your Wlan definitions?

    I have this one:

    SophosAP15_Office (bridged to AP LAN)
    SSID: AP15_OFFICE
    Encryption: WPA2 Personal (using AES)
    Frequency Band: 2.4 and 5 GHz

    I had one that was bridged to AP LAN and another as a Separate Zone.

    An odd thing now is I'm experiencing a goofy issue where if you connect to the Guest wireless it's just extremely sluggish.  You connect back to the main SSID everything works fine.

    I just have some feeling it's an issue with some of the extra ports on the back of the UTM120 being bridged together.

    Are you sure its a problem on the UTM 120?
    A few posts back you've told that you had the same symptoms on a UTM virtual machine. [:S]

    Well, my AP15 it's up for more than an hour.
    I think you should get Sophos support involved if you have a valid maintenance contract of course.
