After upgrade to 9.209-8 ,unable to upgrade avira/sophos and ipsbundle database

Hello , 


I am using 9.209-8 now but before upgrade i was using 9.208-x and it was working aboutly fine with all respect now when i try to upgrade auto/manually i am getting this errors 
Before posting errors i want to share a bit about my setup 
1)i am using ubuntu linux 14.04 and ontop of ubuntu linux am using kvm and with kvm i am using openvswitch for bridgeing mainly 
2)i am using netgrear gs108-t switch for vlans with 1 ap 10 
3)i am using same ubuntu linux system as a desktop ( on same machine sophos utm is installed )
4)using 2 nic ,1 nic is for ubuntu dmz  and one for sophos networking 
5)tryed to change differant anti-virus (switching from avira to sophos )did not help

i have build some  kind of personal cloud/SDDC for  home entertemenit on this ,same thing was also workging  with vmware esxi 5.1u1 (u2?) only with some change in storage nas/freenas 

i tryed to delete /var/up2date/datbase folder /*** many time but no luck 
And since upgrade to latest version internet is become slow also 

please feel free to pm also

    on console change to /lib and check
