How to clear a bad UP2Date that froze at 3%

I downloaded a Up2date that was a Beta and skipped one version. It locked up at 3% and reboots don't clear it. What do I do next? Reimage?

I've never been in that situation, so I don't know if the following will work. If you're planning on re-imaging anyway, it won't hurt to try.
cd /var/up2date/sys
ls *
rm*

Now you can download the last two beta Up2Dates and prepare them for installation in WebAdmin:
wget ftp.astaro.com/.../u2d-sys-9.260008-265008.tgz.gpg
wget ftp.astaro.com/.../u2d-sys-9.265008-270006.tgz.gpg
/sbin/auisys.plx --showdesc

Please let us know if that worked.

It cleared itself after coming back to it 4 hours later, but nothing seemed to want to update again. So I smoked it and downloaded the Beta ISO. Thanks.
