Cannot ping Sophos in VM or go to WebAdmin

Hi,

Recently I downloaded Sophos to run it in VirtualBox for some research experiments. So I installed it on VirtualBox and it is running fine, but I cannot ping Sophos through my machine. 

Here is the Sophos ifconfig details:

Adapter 1: NAT
Adapter 2: Host-Only Adapter 
Adapter 3: Bridged Adapter, eth0
