  • Most likely you will first have to just enable (and configure) the modules.

Managing several Sophos UTMs and Sophos XGs both at work and at some home locations, dedicated to continuously improve IT-security and feeling well helping others with their IT-security challenges.

Sometimes I post some useful tips on my blog, see blog.pijnappels.eu/category/sophos/ for Sophos related posts.

  • irs show to me the license has expired ??!!! and can not enable any module
  • Screenshot?

Is the date set correctly on the system?
  • Which License did you download?
The Home User License from MyUTM portal?

Or did you accidentally choose the Essentials License?

    • UTM: 2 vCPUs, 2GB RAM, 50GB vHDD, 2 vNICs on vServer (KVM) | UTM 9.7 (Home License) with: Email Protection, Webserver Protection, RED-Tunnel (server)
  • Hey!
    i get same too:
Cannot use ASG software license on ACC software device.
that get after licens for Sophos UTM Home edtion
    or have installed wrong software
    downloade last_sum_software but Think is lastest_asg_v9 software.iso
  • SUM is "Sophos UTM Manager", a product which can manage several UTM installations.

For installing a UTM you need latest_asg_v9_software.iso (as you already noticed).
