Remote Access Tab missing in 9.206-35

Hi,

we created an SSL access profile with a group in it. In this group are all active directory users. Remote connection is working fine for them.

Since 9.206-35, if one of these users log into their user portal, they don't see the remote access tab.

If we put a single user in the SSL access profile and this user logs into the user portal, he gets the remote tab.

So, it looks like after 9.206-35 the system has a problem with groups inside the remote access profile.

Can someone confirm this?

I don't want to add each single user in this profile.

When I activate "Allow all Users" in the user-portal options we all see the tab.

When put obejects in the allowed user list (the vpn group + a single user + active directory users) the tab disappears.

Given that you are using the term "we" ... sounds like you have a corporate license -- I would suggest starting a support case with Sophos, in that case -- this issue is not reproducible at any of the customer sites I manage thus far.

MacDrive, can you post screenshots of your SSL remote access profile and End-User Portal options ?

I can confirm this as well. Put the user in the remote access profile and it works, put the user group in and it does not.

I believe this once worked, but it does not now. I have too many tickets into Support at the moment. If anyone has support, please submit this as an issue.
