Sophos UTM 9.2 - Services work, but no logging

Hi everyone

I've set up a Sophos UTM 9.2 with a home license at my parents'.
Even after days, not a statistic is available.

If I head to "Network Protection Statistics", it says "No data is available for this report" for all the reports. The same applies for Web Protection.
I've installed the Endpoint protection on some clients of the network, but they don't show up in the UTM.

The firewall live log shows a lot of dropped connection and the web filter is working as well. (However, on the Dashboard it says "Web Filtering is active, 0 requests served today")

Under "Management -> Licensing -> Active IP Addresses", the "Number of IP addresses currently in use" is "0".

I just don't understand what's happening here.

The Sophos I have at my home doesn't behave like this and I've compared all the settings...

Does anyone have any idea?
