UptoDate failing to install

UptoDate has been a big pain in the backside recently. I have 2 UTM220s in hot standby mode. They never want to update properly.  The last 3-5 updates I have had to manually reboot one or the other to get the update installed, then power on the second unit.
I will also note that I have not seen any progress in the uptodate progress window.

    After the UTM9 upgrade became available for the ASG220 that we have, there were 16 updates.  I tried to use the Update to Current Version button, but it seemed to have been stuck halfway through.
    After rebooting the firewall the next day, it says that it's on version 9.113 and that there are 2 updates available, however neither will install.
    I looked into the Up2Date log file and see the following error that I think is the cause, but I'm at a loss as to how to fix it.
