Firmware Up2date

Hi Team,
Our UTM System Version is Sophos UTM 9.111-7 and we had Up2Date 9.204020 package.
What I need is. Basically i did not installed any of the update till now. And I am planning to install the update now.
Can you please advise what should be precaution I have to take before rolling these updates? 
Also I have to install al updates one by one or I can install the latest update which will cover the whole back updates.

    it should be pretty safe to update to latest version, but you could of course always first make a backup.
    You can simply choose latest and the UTM will install all updates in between automatically one after the other.

    You will need to install all the updates one by one, the latest up2date package is very small and is aimed specifically at Wireless security.

    Thanks guys, Let we have a reply from Sophos support as well. What they advise. 

    Also please can any body tell me how to enable a alert on this forum when someone reply to my post then there should be an email alert?
