ASG 120 crashes sometimes a week after update to 9.113-1

Hello, 
we did the update from v8 about 4 weeks ago, it went ok for 2 weeks but from last week the asg becomes unresponsible 2-3 times a week.
Any idea what to look for?
The guys from the service company already looked but did not find anything suspicious in the logs.
The device is not warmer than my hand.
CPU is between 15 and 95%, RAM(1GB) is at 35% (at the moment)
There are 6 site-to-site vpn and about 1-5 remote access runinng simultanously.
(We did not have these problems before the update!)

    They said that too, there is a problem with powermanagement and intel network cards, so one should disable powermanagement the asg's BIOS. (in PCI Express disable Active State Power Management [ASPM])
    Try to update > Upload of up2date file in management interface stopped at 99%
    connected via winscp as ssl-user, uploaded up2date file to /var/tmp, connected in ssl as root and moved the up2date file to /var/up2date/sys
