Box won't update from 9.201-3 to 9.203-3

I press both update now nothing.
I press schedule update...the button sames SCHEDULED, time passes and nothing, box reverts to SCHEDULE.

What gives?

What are the exact steps to force and update?

Check out this thread (link below), I was having what appears to be the same issue as you.  For some strange reason this worked for me, even when all the other options wouldn't.  Worth a shot if your only option left is a clean instal.

Check out this thread (link below), I was having what appears to be the same issue as you.  For some strange reason this worked for me, even when all the other options wouldn't.  Worth a shot if your only option left is a clean instal.
