Box won't update from 9.201-3 to 9.203-3

I press both update now nothing.
I press schedule update...the button sames SCHEDULED, time passes and nothing, box reverts to SCHEDULE.

What gives?

What are the exact steps to force and update?

Was the update scheduled to happen between 00:02 and 00:32 UTM time June 26?

I'd expect to see something out of grepping the log for "u2d-sys".
