I have to put a low-profile heatsink into the Silverstone pt13 thin-itx chassis, which of these two cooler do you recommend?
priority is the noise: as little as possible.

I can use a Fan Expert bios utility provided by Asus Q87 chipset in order to regulate the fan speed.
Which of the two heatsink do you recommend me?
Akasa: rpm 600 - 3000
Silverstone: rpm 1200 - 3400
Teorically the Akasa should be more silent if setted at 600-700 rpm. It's right?
