up2date to 9.203 this night break RED10

Since this night, our red10 devices are break. It seems that's new firmware not working properly. We have replace this red10 by another one, firmware is downloaded and break again.

Is there someone who have same trouble ?

What does the red logs say on the utm - there must be some information about any errors etc.

Also what was the previous version you where using 9.1 or 9.2?

No, just upgraded another customer with 7 RED10 this night, no problems.

What does the RED log say?

Nothing in log after firmware update.
Sophos support already work on this case.

After firmware upgrade, red10 do as there is no dhcp on wan

Always have problems with REDs when doing updates. Have a trouble ticket open, but have to do some more tests on our test firewalls.

In my case, after an update or cluster fail over, some REDs reconnect, but don't get any traffic through it until i manually disable and re-enable the RED interface. Very annoying. Sometimes that happens even if clients have problems with their Internet access. An that happens on all UTMs which have REDs.

Since 9.1 i really don't like to update UTMs at all, because they break something every time...
