Up2Date Fails, OpenSSL RPM Error (logfile included)

Ok, this is starting to get on my nerves so perhaps someone can help.

I've gone ahead and putty'd into my UTM box as root navigated to the /var/up2date/sys  directory,made sure nothing was there as well as in the sys-install directory before it.

I've done:

wget ftp.astaro.de/.../u2d-sys-9.201025-202033.tgz.gpg

And I've md5sumed the file and verified it matches the posted md5 file.

Then I rebooted to ensure everything was loaded properly.

Then I navigated back to 

/var/up2date/sys

 and ran 

auisys.plx --level d

The output of which is extremely long so I've got rid of the garbage for you:

 Testing install package: libopenssl1_0_0-1.0.1g-1.1.3.g85a91e6.rb1.i686.rpm Failed!

My UTM refuses to update because of this, I've tried 

auisys.plx --rpmargs --force -rpmreinstall

 to no avail.

I'm going to try reinstalling the 9.201025 update again however I'm not sure how to do this(hopefully will figure it out).

Any ideas in the mean time??
