Up2Data Fails

Hello,
My current Sophos version is 9.111-11, and updating to 9.201-23 is failing. I've found the following lines in my Up2Data log file:

I've checked the FTP site, but don't see an update for the version I'm at to 9.2. Any guidance on how to proceed?

    I talked with support..what you need to do is the following:

    Make sure /var/up2date/sys and /var/up2date/sys-install are both empty.


    Using the 9.111-07 to 9.2 update should work with no problems for 9.111-11 as well


    grab the following file for your 9.11-11 machines:

    u2d-sys-9.111007-201023.tgz.gpg

    reboot

    that gets you to 201-23
    then grab u2d-sys-9.201023-201025.tgz.gpg
    reboot

    then snag u2d-sys-9.201025-202033.tgz.gpg
    reboot

    I do not recommend trying all three at once..one at a time..[:)]  I had an sg210 "stuck" like this..this is the procedure that worked for me.  It also worked on my vm here at my location because it was "stuck" as well.
