using hp micro server as hardware?

I've been reading some of the threads when I have the time and it looks like people like the hp micro server for running the utm software.

I just recently installed a utm120 at a location with about 10 concurrent users. On the rare occasion, the user count would spike up to 20 or so.  The utm120 has the total protect bundle and in a few days I plan on installing a AP30. 

What would be the advantages of buying the micro server and utm software compared to buying the utm120? 

I am just getting my feet wet with the sophos UTM technology but I like what I have seen so far!

    I strongly dislike the UTM 120, It is highly underpowered and if your doing anything more than using it as a firewall it will slow down. Its almost impossible to run IPS + Web Proxy with out performance issues.

    The HP Micro server is highly upgradeable, and will be able to improve your performance dramatically (even if let stock standard). Upgrade the ram to 8gb and you have one fast box.

    The only issue is cost of licencing, you have to pay per "user" which is counted based on IP addresses over a certain period. The more devices that connect the more "users" it counts.
