These units are so much better than the previous, even the fans spin up and down when needed.

How much RAM did they put into the units (SG210 SG230)? Anyone knows?

Its hard to really ascertain this, as we are not in full production... we are doing a transition from another competitors UTM to this SG 330.

However, i'm not really sure how to measure the speed of the IPS and HTTP proxy, if pages load straight away i'm happy.

Hi, iPerf can be used to test network/IPS throughput:
