Small form factor hardware, 3 nics for home license?

I have 100 Mbps Internet speed and I want to have good flow thorugh the http proxy (as well as SSL) so a Atom CPU is maybee not the best?  It is strange that no motherboard manufacturer has develop av ATX or mini ATX with four Intel nics and Intel I3 CPU support?  

  

Atom is slow for 100mbps.

It isn't that odd that a desktop board has two or less NICs.  If you want four onboard NICs, you would have to look at server boards.

SuperMicro makes a couple MicroATX boards with four Intel I210 NICs, multiple companies have full size ATX boards with four NICS.

Your other option for small form factor hardware with 3 NICs is a standard Mini-ITX motherboard and add a two port NIC.

Yes, that would be the motherboard you would want.
Unless your build has very serious thermal limitations which should not be the case for that size of motherboard, the 1265L is probably the better choice.

Yes, this case would have been excellent, but recommended max CPU TDP is 35W [:(]

I think you are mistaking Micro-ATX for Mini-ITX, the SuperMicro motherboard is bigger than that entire chassis.  To make things worse, that chassis is for Thin-ITX only, which has an additional height restriction that would prevent more than two NICs from even fitting on the board.

If you want something faster than an Atom, in a Mini-ITX form factor, and want more than 2 NICs, you will have to get a larger case and use an add-in NIC card.

Maybe an Atom J1900, C2550 or C2750 with 4 Intel NICs would be fast enough for you, but it probably wouldn't be if you are looking for high single stream performance with multiple features turned on.
