I think you are mistaking Micro-ATX for Mini-ITX, the SuperMicro motherboard is bigger than that entire chassis. To make things worse, that chassis is for Thin-ITX only, which has an additional height restriction that would prevent more than two NICs from even fitting on the board.
If you want something faster than an Atom, in a Mini-ITX form factor, and want more than 2 NICs, you will have to get a larger case and use an add-in NIC card.
Maybe an Atom J1900, C2550 or C2750 with 4 Intel NICs would be fast enough for you, but it probably wouldn't be if you are looking for high single stream performance with multiple features turned on.
