Strange problem with update

I am running UTM 9.111-7. Today I got an e-mail that a new firmware was available for installation (9.210-025). I tried to install the firmware via Up2Date and nothing happened. The browser would open a pop-up window and the window would stay blank. In the past updates, the pop-up window used to show the update status, this time nothing. I tried several times but nothing happened.

After trying about 6-7 times, I suddenly noticed that the Up2Date is no longer showing that 9.210-025 is available. When I view the Dashboard, it says I update(s) available for download. When I click on this message, the browser goes to Up2Date page which says that "Your firmware is up to date".

I am not sure what to do at this stage. What is going on?

    Confirming Adrian_P's actions.
    Logging into the box confirmed that the 9.111007-201023 update was missing in the /var/up2date/sys (but update 24 & 25 where present).
    Deleting these files had no effect on the auto-update.

    After uploading the file via UTM web interface Management -> Up2Date -> Advanced 
    Nothing seemed to happen, but after clicking the Up2Date -> Overview the update window popped up and upgrade kicked in after a few minutes...
    Warning this update will shut down the service fire off a reboot.
