Strange problem with update

I am running UTM 9.111-7. Today I got an e-mail that a new firmware was available for installation (9.210-025). I tried to install the firmware via Up2Date and nothing happened. The browser would open a pop-up window and the window would stay blank. In the past updates, the pop-up window used to show the update status, this time nothing. I tried several times but nothing happened.

After trying about 6-7 times, I suddenly noticed that the Up2Date is no longer showing that 9.210-025 is available. When I view the Dashboard, it says I update(s) available for download. When I click on this message, the browser goes to Up2Date page which says that "Your firmware is up to date".

I am not sure what to do at this stage. What is going on?

    I had the same problem (upgrading from 9.111-7) and fixed it like that:

    - Manually download the update package (9.111-7 -> 9.201-23) from here: ftp://ftp.astaro.com/UTM/v9/up2date/u2d-sys-9.111007-201023.tgz.gpg
    - Upload it to your UTM at Management -> Up2Date -> Advanced
    - Confirm with "Apply"

    After a couple of minutes I was able to successfuly update even to the newer version 9.201-25 in the overview tab.

    Before that I temporarily set the update check interval to "manual" at the configuration tab so you get a "Check for Up2Date packages now" button at the overview tab.

    But imho the first step solved the problem.
