Strange problem with update

I am running UTM 9.111-7. Today I got an e-mail that a new firmware was available for installation (9.210-025). I tried to install the firmware via Up2Date and nothing happened. The browser would open a pop-up window and the window would stay blank. In the past updates, the pop-up window used to show the update status, this time nothing. I tried several times but nothing happened.

After trying about 6-7 times, I suddenly noticed that the Up2Date is no longer showing that 9.210-025 is available. When I view the Dashboard, it says I update(s) available for download. When I click on this message, the browser goes to Up2Date page which says that "Your firmware is up to date".

I am not sure what to do at this stage. What is going on?

    What you say is correct. I see this error in Up2Date log:

    2014:05:22-23:34:11 auisys[15546]: id="371J" severity="error" sys="system" sub="up2date" name="Fatal: Version conflict: required version: 9.201023  current version: 9.111007" status="failed" action="install" package="sys"

    Clearly, it is looking for 9.201023. 

    I guess my question directed more to Sophos is, what is the upgrade path from 9.111-7 to 9.201-023? I am assuming that unless somehow I can upgrade from 9.111-7 to 9.2, I will not get further updates.
