Strange problem with update

I am running UTM 9.111-7. Today I got an e-mail that a new firmware was available for installation (9.210-025). I tried to install the firmware via Up2Date and nothing happened. The browser would open a pop-up window and the window would stay blank. In the past updates, the pop-up window used to show the update status, this time nothing. I tried several times but nothing happened.

After trying about 6-7 times, I suddenly noticed that the Up2Date is no longer showing that 9.210-025 is available. When I view the Dashboard, it says I update(s) available for download. When I click on this message, the browser goes to Up2Date page which says that "Your firmware is up to date".

I am not sure what to do at this stage. What is going on?

    If you check your logs for Up2Date you should see an error stating that you need 9.200-23 before updating to -25.  I have the same thing.  I tried to manually download 9.200-23 and upload that way, but it failed saying I need 9.200-11.  So I downloaded 9.111007-9.200023 and upload that, but Up2Date still tries to download the 200-11 to 200-23 update over and over.

    From the forums, it looks like 9.2 was soft-released, so there may be something out of sync.
