UTM 9.2 Up2date problem

Hi.  I am user of Sophos UTM Home use.
I have issue about updating from 9.111-7 to 9.201-23.

After update, there are no response both interface (internal and external). 

So I was trying to install from scratch . But It was also same after restoring from backup.

I can not access webadmin page and internet.

Please let me know the resolution.

    Download the ISO of the 9.2 hardware from the FTP.
    Connect a USB CD-ROM , boot the device and let it do its work .
    Then restore a backup .
