UTM 9.2 Up2date problem

Hi.  I am user of Sophos UTM Home use.
I have issue about updating from 9.111-7 to 9.201-23.

After update, there are no response both interface (internal and external). 

So I was trying to install from scratch . But It was also same after restoring from backup.

I can not access webadmin page and internet.

Please let me know the resolution.

    What is the procedure for reinstalling from scratch / from an ISO  on a physical device e.g. ASG220 ? I have a 2 units in active-active cluster that are just ... f-ed up for lack of a better word. they are on 9.201-25 now but I somehow lost my eth1 interface completely and even after multiple reboots of both units, no luck
