I don't think that's been published yet; one way to see is make sure email notifications are turned on and working on your UTM, and manually upload the file (but don't install it) ... it will list the changes in the notification email once you've uploaded the update. Of course, when they officially announce the soft-release here in these forums, the list will be there too.
I think I know what one of them are (public knowledge now that there is a KB article about it on the Sophos Support site) -- apparently one will be able to use the compliance reports/status of Sophos Mobile Control clients to control access to the VPN (as part of Sophos Mobile Control 4.0, just released today) ... pretty cool. In the KB article it's listed as available for 9.201, but the Webadmin menu item for the integration feature is missing ... so I'd imagine it's coming soon.
