UTM License of Self-Employed People

As the title says, what is the best UTM license for self-employed people?

    You probably can get some extra fixed IP's for $10-15 a month.  That way you could have two UTMs behind a small, inexpensive switch and have no difficulty. You might even be able to get a single, fixed public IP, and have the other UTM use DHCP to get its public IP
