ASG220 9.201-23 UserPortal Hotspot not working

Hello 

just updated from 9.111 to 9.201-23

User-Portal Hotspot isnt working anymore:

2014:04:14-23:10:48 mail-2 hotspotd[8969]: Failed to connect to database: could not connect to server: Connection refused
2014:04:14-23:11:18 mail-2 hotspotd[9054]: Failed to connect to database: could not connect to server: Connection refused
2014:04:14-23:11:48 mail-2 hotspotd[9144]: Failed to connect to database: could not connect to server: Connection refused

Anyone having an idea how to fix this please ?

    hmmm .. seems as if database was corrupted while updating [:(]

    I did a /etc/init.d/postgresql rebuild and renamed hotspot from zing to zing1 and its working again 

    do I have to check / do more things now ?

    EDIT 2016-07-12BAlfson: IN newer versions, the command is /etc/init.d/postgresql92 rebuild

    Thanks so much, had the same problem when our cluster hung updating to 9.111-7 (two updates). After the rebuild and renaming the Hotspot, service was online again - I even renamed it back :-)
