I think you misunderstood the slide, which was already posted here.

The exact CPU in a 310 is a Intel® Core™ i3-4330 Processor, it has 2 real cores but 4 threads. Intel® Hyper-Threading Technology is used in the CPU for splitting each core with into two logical or virtual cores. For your operating system it behaves like 4 parallel execution units, still when the performance is not really up to 4 real cores. Our only hardware appliance which comes with a real dual CPU configuration is the ASG/UTM 625. But even there we have 8 real cores (16 threads) per CPU which does mean a total of 32 execution units for the OS.

Love to see confirmation of what I deduced.  I figured it'd have to be an embedded for the timeframe but seeing as there's only (1) 3.5, there's no choice.

SG-330 probably is i5-4570S (sole quad i5-4th gen w/o HT and base speed of 2.9GHz).  E3-1225 v3 has a turbo of 3.6GHz (probable match for SG-430) and E3-1275 v3 a turbo of 3.9GHz (probable match for SG-450).  Celeron® G1820 has a speed of 2.70 GHz (probable match for SG-210).  Pentium® Processor G3420 has a speed of 3.20 GHz (probable match for SG-230).
