UTM - HA not working anymore

Looking for some advice as to how to proceed as still new to utm

We had 2 software appliances in HA (active/passive)
It seems that after software upgrade (that we didn't notice right away)
That the link state of the Intel ethernet card is (4 port `Intel I350 card) down

This means that the 2 boxes don't talk to each other.

The master was active and alive
the slave was dead - so we removed it hoping it would add itself back in after a reboot , but no luck

It was fine with firmware 9.107.33
We think it was OK with firmware 9.108.23
It is NOT ok with the current firmware 9109-1

It seems to have dropped the drivers or state in the new package.
(from both machines)

We have a network protection license.

Should we roll back ? if so best procedure?
Should we open a support ticket ?

    9.109-1 shouldn't have a problem.  There is no rollback, only a re-install from ISO and restore from a configuration backup.

    Yes, get a support ticket open ASAP.  If you have Premium Support, you can open a ticket yourself, otherwise, your reseller has to do it.

    If you aren't using all four ports of the Intel card, you might check to make sure the ports weren't somehow renumbered in the Up2Date (this would be the first time I've heard of this though).  On the Master, has the interface for eth3 changed?

    The intel card's other 3 ports appear to be able to be assigned to other interface and networks.

    We've never opened a ticket and we received the quote from Sophos basically directly.  So we have to figure out how to do that
