Software-UTM 9.2 and Hyper-V 2012R2

Hi there!
I've got an issue with a new installation of an UTM9.2 in y Hyper-V2012R2-VM.
Everything works fine, as long as I use only the standard-virtual-nics.
When I need more the 8 nics, I have to add an virtual"legacy networkcard" (DEC21140) to the VM.
So I added 3 of those virtual DEC21140 (in German "Ältere Netzwerkkarte) to my VM before installing the UTM.
So far so good:
All NICs are detected by the UTM-Setup.
But when I try to use one of the "legacy"-Adapters in the UTM, it gets no link (state: up - link[:D]own)
All other adapters work fine.
I tried with and without VLAN-tagging, used an other Hyper-V-Server:
always the same result: no traffic through the legacy-adapters.
Does anybody have a solution or idea?

    i would get your hands on hyper-v 2008(it's free) and try that.  AFAIK 2012 isn't quite baked in all the way yet.  I don't run the 2012 edition of any network OS from microsoft(aka no win8 or server 2012).  I'll wait for the 2015 version(see if they've improved any).
