ASG 420 Will not boot - Power LED stays Blue

The ASG 420 has been working great for several years until recently.
It stopped working one day and here are the symptoms:

1) NO readings on LCD display
2)Power LED stays Blue and does not turn green
3)Not able to ping

What I have tried:

1) I have tested the power supply and it is OK.
2) Hard Drive seems OK.
3) At one point I tried re-imaging with version 8.001-20.1 and it successfully
installed. I then used the LCD controls to reboot the unit and it did not boot.
Power LED stayed blue and does not turn green. 
LCD did not display anything.
4) I tried to re-image again and this time it did not want to boot from the USB DVD drive at all.

At this point the unit is pretty much bricked. 

Any help would be appreciated.

    I already tried this. I used a NULL MODEM cable just as the article states with the serial settings and there is no response from that serial port. I even tried a straight-through cable and that did not work either. I did install a PCI VIDEO Card but that did not work either. I am not sure what the BLUE light on the power LED means but it stays BLUE. At one point it did go solid green as did the HD LED but nothing was happening. I turned it OFF and back on and it went back to solid BLUE. I also noticed that my circuit breaker went off several times when I turned the device on. Something is causing a High current drain that is causing the breaker to trigger. I am not sure what else to try.
