I just upgraded from v9.1 to 9.2. The upgrade itself went just well. But after the reboot the problems started.
I was able to surf the internet for 5 minutes when the NIC of the LAN stopped responding off and on.
This was when I started a download of an iso. When I stopped the download and waited for about 3 minutes the NIC of the LAN was reachable.
So I started a ping to the internal interface. Just when it used a lot of bandwidth, the NIC stopped responding after 5 seconds.
The ping was not getting any replies from the internal NIC. I stopped the download and used a FTP-client and start downloading a different .iso on a different
server, the internal NIC was again lossing it's connection.
Then I did a fresh/clean install (v9.2) and the only "service" that was running was the firewall itself and no web protection & Advanced thread protection.
Still the same behaviour! So I took a different PC (HP 8200) with 4 cores & 16 GB of RAM. Did a clean install and configured only the firewall and
all devices in the LAN are allowed to access the internet. Started again a download and after 100 MB downloaded, the internal NIC wasn't responding any more!!!
Then I installed v9.1 again and I had totally no issues! I'm a long user of UTM (from version Astaro 3) but I haven't seen this behaviour ever in the last 10 years!
Also I don't have any clue what's going wrong...
Does someone has the same experience as me or even better a solution?!
