Understanding Versions on Up2Date FTP Site

Good morning,

When looking at the files on the FTP, is my understanding correct...

"u2d-sys-9.108023-109001.tgz.gpg" would be the update from .108-23 to .109-1.  Can this ISO also be used to jump from 107 to 109?  

Further, if on 109, would "u2d-sys-9.107027-107033.tgz.gpg" be the file required to downgrade if I have a problem? 

I suppose I am asking if these are standalone firmware files, or they only build on each other?

    You cannot downgrade via U2D, only by re-image. Also keep in mind that you cannot import config backups into older version than the backup has been created with.

    U2Ds are separate update files from one specific version to another one.
