UTM hard disk crash

Hello

We had recently a hard disk crash on our UTM-120 device.
I tried to replace the HD with a similar one that I purchased locally.
but the UTM firmware installation fails on new HD despite the fact that 
new HD is similar in type & volume with the one that crashed.
Apparently it does not recognize the device with new HD as a sophos appliance.
is there any way to install the firmware with a non-sophos hard disk ?

    Yes but with several drawbacks:

    * You'll have to use ASG ISO instead of SSI ISO
    * You'll have to install manually using keyboard & monitor
    * You need a software license instead of appliance license
    * NIC sorting maybe wrong and you may have to correct it by editing /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules
    * Any appliance-specific optimizations won't be applied. But on an ASG120, that's not really important.

    Why didn't you RMA?
