High Availability - Hot Standby vs. Cluster

Folks,

I'm testing a new build with an ESXi Server running two UTM 9 Nodes. Currently I have it configured in Hot Standby mode and I'm curious if the behavior I'm seeing is accurate. If I were to perform an Up2Date, upon Slave Node completion, should I expect some downtime?

That being said, and if that is expected, does a Cluster scenario ensure 100% uptime?

    True. However the home license doesn't include Active-Active support so your stuck with Active-Passive. [:)] Besides, with the right hardware, you can toss the equivalent of a 320 or better at it anyways.
