Licens Renewal Issue

Hi all

I am trying to renew my License for my UTM 9, which ran out on 31.01.2014, and I have been trying to write to the nsglicensing@sophos.com, for some help on the renewal process, but I keep getting the following error on the emails I send:

: connect to mx1.sophos.com[145.253.124.137]:25:
    Connection timed out

Or the latest:

(connect to mx5.sophos.com[195.171.192.119]:25: Connection timed out)
nsglicensing@sophos.com

I don't know how to get in touch with the License guys if I cant send them emails.

Looking forward to hear from any one who can help me on this issue.

    I have my 2 home user licenses that will never expire but the services of them will be   usable until 05 APRIL 2014 so I must use new licenses ready for that   day.

    I'm trying to create a new license for V9 (I'm still on V7--love you  astaro)and the myUTM licensing procedure take me to the ACTIVATION code  page after long troubles accepting my profile (I'm private account), IT  ASKS ME ACTIVATION KEY --               Please insert the activation key  (ACT-******x-yyyyyyyyy)                             .
    Does anyone of SOPHOS team can help me to create a new license ?
    P.S [:D]on't know anythings about new policies about home users,
    my old home user license are UNLIMITED IPs and never expired (just services..lol)

      No that's not true. You have to delete the License. After that you can add a new one with a Button that will apear after you deleted the old one.  You can delete the license now, this doesn't change something for your license that is already loaded to the utm.
