Interesting question. Hadn't thought about that before.

I'd define Home in this case to mean your place of residence, excluding any office space you maintain as part of a business.

I think the acid test here is, "What equipment is being protected behind the UTM?" Resources at the other end of a VPN tunnel are outside the UTM (not behind/inside) so aren't 'protected' by the UTM.
