CS24-SC Only 1 Interface

Hello Again,

I am trying to install Sophos Home 9.0 on a 1U Dell CS24-SC (SATA model) which has two onboard ethernet ports. Sophos is only detecting one interface on the one "nic" but both are on board, I have used them with other OS' such as ESXI. I don't really want to reinstall ESXI and virtually host Sophos even though this has more than enough horsepower and RAM to do so, I just don't want to mess with virtual right now. Any thoughts?

    Hi, updating won't normally help with hardware detection.

    Which ISO did you install from? You wrote '9.0' originally; if that's correct, try re-installing from the 9.1x ISO (or the 9.165 beta).

    You're sure you don't have the DRAC / IPMI bound to the 2nd NIC, right?

    I installed from 9.007-5.1 because I was lazy and didn't want to wait for the extra 60MB to load for the latest and greatest. I have it downloading now, I installed from a  USB stick, I have not had any problems doing so before (so long as I mount the USB to /install after the hardware detection) ....I could mount before and after in case its not detecting everything because its off of a USB, although I did that already when trying to remember how to install from USB and it never found more than one NIC come to think of it.

    *Edit* Also I'm a little ashamed to say I don't know what DRAC/IPMI is...there is another ethernet port separate from the main 2, I couldn't remember if it was for iLO or console or something specific to enterprise servers but I was pretty confident it could not be used as a normal NIC, does that answer your question?
