problem with License in UTM9 Home Edition

I have download your home use product that over all features for free
After install it on my VM Machine and upload the license file I see that all features are disabled and the license is expired
Way is that please assist me soon

Hi,

Try to generate a new license from the MyAstaro. It seems others had similar problems and could be able to get the new license from the MyAstaro web page.

Hi, that license may be for the older versions; you may need to delete it from the portal before creating a new one.

If that doesn't work, there's an email link in myastaro for license support.

This is not a place to reach Sophos officially. Sometime, Sophos employees come here on their own time, but none are paid to participate here with the sole exception of the beta forums where the developers ask questions of testers having problems.
