issue with active/standby HA

Hi,
I have 2 ASG320 in cluster, one of them has failed and our supplier replaced it with a new one preconfigured. The active device don't see the standby:

Do you have any idea on how fix the problem?
There is a steb by step procedure to configure HA in active/passive mode?

    I'm not sure, but I think you would need to connect the new device with only the HA port connected to the HA port of the device that is still functioning and then power on the new device.
    However you say the supplier preconfigured the new device, what did they preconfigure? I think this wasn't necessary but I'm no expert on this.
    Maybe BAlfson can add more help to this issue.

    really I don't know, Astaro sent the new device telling me to attach the new device and it will take the configuration from the active. Is not that . There should exists some steps for a correct installation,. but I don't know Astaro at all!
