Sophos UTM Home Edition license issue

I am new to Sophos and am trying to install the Sophos UTM Home Edition. I have it installed and am running the setup wizard in web admin. My issue is that I can't get past the licensing step. I browse to the license file that was attached to the email from Sophos, click Start Upload and then click next. The license is rejected with the following message: Cannot use a classic V7 license on the ASG V8. A license according to the new licensing model is required.

The license file is named "sophos-utm_home_license.txt" and is dated 11/29/2013. The install file I ran is SophosHomeLatest_asg_v9_software.iso (572,158 KB).

Any ideas what I need to do to install the license? Did Sophos supply an unusable license file?

    Make sure that you get your license from the MyAstaro page just in case.  You should have created an account through that already which is free, and your license file should be there as well.  

    Try re-downloading the file from there.

    When I went through the registration procedure for the Home Edition on the Sophos website it created a MyUTM account for me. Then sent an email to me with the download link, install instructions and an attached license file. I have also visited MyUTM and it does indicate that I do in fact have a Home license. I have downloaded a copy of that license and tried to install it and it fails in the same fashion as the one that was emailed.
