Have gotten stuck with an installation of the Web Appliance (vmware). I have deployed the VM and configured the network. I am able to login via the browser and commence the setup wizard. Once I get to the network connectivity tests it fails on the following:
Connect to registration service (https://wsa-reg-trial.sophos.c...:443)
Connect to support service
Connect to data & software update service (http://swa-dynamic.sophos.com:80)
Connect to enhanced categorization data service
Test failed
My only option is to repeat the network configuration. I can manually open the two links listed above in any browser/machine with no issue (our current internet connection is completely unrestricted, thus this installation).
The network configuration is set to DHCP. I have confirmed the VLAN it is on is correct and the gateway is accessible (is working fine on other servers on this vlan).
What can I do to find more information about what is failing?
