Supermicro S2000 series Atom with Marvel Alaskan nics

I am looking into this server, anyone test it out yet with a Sophos UTM? Wondering how Sophos UTM likes the Marvel Alaskan nics?

    Hi Andrew,

    This may change as more Avoton/Rangely/Whatever boards come out, but right now ISTM that i3's (and often i5's) are cheaper (and faster) and many more boards are available.

    The Haswell CPUs are very power-efficient also, and won't use much more power than an Atom system.

    The server-grade (Supermicro, etc.) Haswell boards may negate any savings though.
