Install in VMWare

So
Decided to try to install Sophos UTM as a virtual machine, but what kind of settings should I use in vmware? The main point is which os should I optimize the VM for? Should i use "Other Linux 2.6.x kernel 64-bit" or would other options be more suitable?

Hi,
SUSE 64bit or Other 64bit, but the kernel is 3.x if that choice is available (2.6 is OK if not).

Make sure to use VMXNET3 for the virtual NICs.
