Shuttle DS47 for UTM appliance?

I'm considering buying a Shuttle DS47 to run the UTM software. I have a 80/20mbs vdsl/fftc connection. I'd like to run ids, av, logging, vpn, the whole works if possible.

The DS46 has the following specs :
CPU Family Intel Celeron (Dual Core)
Processor Number 847
CPU Speed 1.1 GHz
Network Card Dual Realtek 8111G
Network Card Data Link Protocol Ethernet
Network Card Speeds 10/100/1000 Mbps
Wireless Network Yes
Wireless LAN IEEE 802.11b/g/n 


I've done some searching, looks like nobody has posted about this pc.

Will the UTM work with the nics ?
How much RAM should I buy ? 
Approximately what sort of performance can I expect ?

    Used this for a USB key install.

    Physical building of the MB + heatsink and fan was problematic, although fan was low enough profile, the mounting system lifted the MB up, so I had to get creative with washers to gain enough clearance. The case came with a psu, but I choose to use a Dell laptop 19V psu instead, it is a neater solution.

    Fan is relatively quiet, will enable PWM fan control in the bios to allow it to run quieter. It is warm to the touch. I'll get one of those killawatt widgets to measure the power consumption later.

    Running 9.107-33, will set it up for PPOE tomorrow, too late to do any more now.
